The Back-to-School Bash, hosted by STUCO, will take place this Saturday from 7:30-9:30 PM. Students are encouraged to bring their female friends to the bash.
“I think the bash is a great way to get settled into the new year, for underclassmen especially,” assistant director of student activities Kennedy Phillips said. “You have the ability to meet girls and other guys in your class.”
The tickets are $10 on presale or you can buy a $30 tee shirt/ticket combo, which gets you $10 off your homecoming ticket. Tickets are available for the mixer at the ticket box office on the website. The attire theme for the day is throwback.
“It was a great experience all around for me,” junior Zola Ervin said. “The music, the environment, the people, just everything about it was amazing.”
It occurs in the gym after the afternoon football home opener against Creighton Prep. There will be a DJ in attendance and water will also be available.
“I do not see why you would not go to this,” Mr. Phillips said. “I speak for all of STUCO, when I say that the Back-to-School Bash is one of the best experiences you can get.”
