The new Call of Duty is out and has been a hit ever since the release. This year Call of duty brought us back to World War II, unlike the past few games were it has been based in the future. Call of Duty World War II came out November 3rd and can be bought for around 59$. Call of Duty World War II has 3 game modes that are all very exciting and fun to play.
The first game mode is the campaign, the first mission starts you off on D-day. Throughout the whole campaign, it is action-packed and the player learns real historical facts about World War II. The campaign follows the story of Daniels “Red” who is a U.S. Army private. Unlike Call of Duty campaigns in the past, health doesn’t regenerate, so the men in the player’s platoon give the player a medical kit, also the player can receive ammo, tactical grenade, and other abilities through their comrades.
The second game mode is multiplayer. Multiplayer has all its normal game modes in it ranging from team deathmatch, to search and destroy. But this year they added a new game mode in multiplayer called war mode. War mode is where teams complete strategic objectives while the other defends, they are supposed to represent real battles.
The last game mode is Nazi zombies, the main characters must get art that was stolen by the Axis powers and fight a huge Nazi zombie army while doing so. Zombies have a new implementation into the game called the “jump scare,” zombies will occasionally pop out in front of the user to scare them.
