Q: What made you choose De Smet?

A: I have been coaching Cross Country and Track for four years, and I fell in love with this place. The students here are so well rounded, and the atmosphere is incredible.

Q: Favorite childhood movie?

A: The Lion King, because Mufasa.

Q: Who was your biggest role model as a child? and why?

A: Goku from Dragon Ball Z. Obviously, the whole “stronger than superman” thing played a role, but Goku was also happy to be challenged.
