webSpirit-shirtslong To promote Spartalympics, the student government will sell new spirit shirts during lunch this week.

In an effort to have more students with a shirt, they are only selling for $5.Last year, the shirts cost $12.

With the new emphasis on Spartalympics, the shirts will have the student’s house – Arrupe, Ricci, Kavanaugh, Brebeuf, Xavier or Gonzaga – prominently displayed on the back. Right beneath the house name has the student’s graduation year.

The Jesuit motto “ad majorem dei gloriam” translated into“for the greater glory of God” is displayed by the De Smet crest on the front of the shirt.

With the purchase of the shirt, the student government promises to have at least five dress-down days for the wearer.
